Janikowski: holding issue may take a while

Sebastian Janikowski has missed three field goals in the first four games, which is alarming considering  how great he has last year, plus it may have already cost the Raiders a win. The issue is apparently holder Marquette King, and his chemistry and timing with Janikowski, who was spoiled by working with punter Shane Lechler
